I recently purchased a new laptop and downloaded ie7. I have no problem connecting to the internet but when I click on a link to go to a new page it freezes. If I click on a new tab, the new tab will connect and the previous tab will also connect to the link that I was originally trying to open. I have also tried to use firefox (preferred browser) but for some reason when I try to view certain video clips it tells me that the plugin needed can not be found. I never had the firefox issue on my previous computer. If anyone can help with either issue I would greatly appreciate it. Another unrelated question. Does anyone know how to get my fingerprint reader to work with firefox?

For firefox I have used this plugin. You have to spend some time configuring it but it is worthwhile.
No more problems
