ok wife puter not sure what all she did but i can not enable nortons antivirus auto protect
i`ve ran ad-aware and spybot and hijackthis cwshredder and smtfraudfix

don`t know if this will help but here goes get this on reboot

never mind puter needs reformated it got worst and i can`t lanuch IE or none of norton stuff and a few more program we have also can`t use adminstrative tools :thumbsup:
