Ie7 And Outlook Express

This is a little weird. I install IE7 and the links in emails don't work. They won't open from a right-click menu either. I uninstall IE7 and they work with IE6. I uninstalled IE6 (at least as much as possible) and then installed IE7. still no luck. I'm sure there's a registry work-around for this, but I'm only fluent enough with it to know what not to remove, not to make any changes. Help would be much apreciated
