I am running windows XP home on a dell computer. It has always loaded without me having to click on my user ID. it went staight to my desktop. About a week ago it started requiring the user ID before loading my programs. I know very little about the working or how to get it to return to the way it was. I bought a new HP C6180 and had to remove all the old software from previous printers. Thats about all the changes I have made. If I do a system restore will it add all that back? I know this is not a BIG problem but it is a aggravating one.
