Letters In My Applications Darkens

Im a graphic designer i used to work on photoshop, flash and other softwares, as soon i work for more than 5 hours, if i have more than 6 windows, suddenly all the text began to change more darker, i can visibly see that why is that happenning, what i have to do to avoid this,is this regarding virtual memory problem please help me in this

In order to rule out problems with your memory do an online memory test here Suggest you take the long test.
If that is not the case you might want to have a look at your video card whether he is heating up.
