Log In Screen Change & Constant Error Message

hi there - wondering if anyopne can help - I have a macbook running windows xp professional also. FOr some reason I have now got a log in screen and when I just press OK to log in without a password it gives me the desktop wallpaper - no icons - and a continuous error message sound (single bell) it does not end. Any ideas.

Appears to be something wrong with your motherboard. Check this
