This is an adjacent question -- Is there an application/utility that let a user choose which applications to run at start-up. For example when I am in the office I usually want AIM, Yahoo messenger, Skype, Outlook and Acto to start. Other times or locals I may want none, all or some to start.

Thanks for your help

Just copy the links of any programs you want to startup automatically into the "Startup" folder in "All Programs/Programs" of your Start menu. Anything in there will start after you login.
