I DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT SAFEMODE! THE ONLY THING I HAVE DONE IS SYSTEM RESTORE AND WENT INTO A COUPLE OF SUPPORTS.COM. I'VE ALSO DONE A PC CHECKUP AND DOWNLOADED NEW .dlls, BUT IT'S NOT HELPING WITH THE DELETED REGISTRY KEYS

Exactly which registry keys have you deleted and how did that happen?
Have you downloaded all the Microsoft updates and patches, including the latest service pack? If not do that now.
One thing. Please do not type in all caps. It is the equivalent of yelling.
