The program eraser in the instructions says to create the boot cd disk and insert into the A drive. I dont have a floppy drive just a CD drive. Can I just go into " Disk Management " and change the drive letter of my CD drive from D to A and then run the Eraser CD ISO ? Any suggestions ?

Just burn the ISO file as an image to a CD. Make the CD bootable.
