Windows Cant Detect My Sound Card

windows cant detect my sound card. i use a mobo with built-in audio. i installed the drivers (but i havent restarted as of now)...nothing

You will need to restart your computer for the new settings to take effect. If you are going to use a PCI audio card on a motherboard that has onboard audio you will have to set the BIOS to recognize the PCI board.
