We'll need a bit more information. The exact name of the game would help - as would the make and model of the system that he's using.

Often these problems can be solved by uninstalling and then reinstalling the program (game). Make sure to get all the updates for the game also.

If that doesn't fix it, then there's more troubleshooting that's needed.

I'd suggest uninstalling it and reinstalling it. Use either the Start menu (to see if there's an option there) or the Add/Remove Programs applet in Control Panel.

Some more questions :

- Which operating system do you use?
- Which browser?
- Do you have a firewall installed/Anti-virus

Think you have a memory problem Download Memtest and take the long test. Post the results overhere

When you click "Ok to terminate" what happens?
Does the browser just close?

Which browser are you using? Internet Explorer? or ?

Have you added or uninstalled any software or hardware just before this problem began - including Microsoft or Windows updates?

Do you know exactly when (what date) this problem first began - for either game?

If you do, try Windows System Restore

click start/programs/accessories/system tools/system restore

choose a date from before the problem began

follow directions on-screen.
