Problems With Windows Installer System File.

Have Windows XP home on HP Pavilion desktop. My Windows installer program does not work. If I go int the services and try to start Windows Installer it says path not found. I was trying to install Outlook 2003 and that is when the installer got coroupted. I do not have to original disks. Called HP and the system is over 5 years old and not supported. Need Help. :thumbsup:

Windows Installer 3.1 v2 (3.1.4000.2435)

Windows Installer download
Windows 2000; Windows XP
WindowsInstaller-KB893803-x86.exe is the redistributable package for installing or upgrading Windows Installer.
