.Link you probably need to post a Hjt log for analysis by our team of experts. Click here and read this topic.
Preparation Guide for posting a HijackThis Log

Then post a hjt logfile in the HijackThis Analysis Forum here

HijackThis Log Analysis

Edit~ Since you have tried a fix all ready you could go ahead and post the log.

.Link. the self=help guide you used was for How to Remove Virusburst. You said that you had a problem with VirusBursters. Since you have not posted a hijackthis log yet, see the self-help guide for How to remove VirusBursters.

Your post says you followed the steps in the guide for VirusBurst. The instructions for VirusBurst are different and uses Roguescanfix and smitRem.exe while the instructions for VirusBursters uses SmitFraudFix. Are you saying you used both tools and they did not work?

VirusBurst and VirusBusters are both related to smitfraud infection but utilize different .dll files in your system32 folder.

Now that you have posted a log, you should NOT make further changes to your computer (install/uninstall programs, use special fix tools, delete files, edit the registry, etc.) unless advised by a HJT Team member. Doing so can result in system changes which may not show it the log you already posted. Further, any modifications you make may cause confusion for the member assisting you and could complicate the malware removal process which would extend the time it takes to clean your computer.
