cant say i know too much about computers or visuses so go easy on me

I have a virus (well my computer does anyhow). when my computer starts up and NAV has finished doing its stuff the computer tries to automatically dail out. I had a look at my dailing settings and set it for never dial but it makes no difference. i also dont let it dial when this happens and i dial manually checking the number dialed. my wife says that it tried to launce a page on IE (vers6 i believe) and that sometimes it will lauinch a firefox page, i havent seen this happen as i dont use the computer much at home.

i have run the following serveral times:

adaware: picks up something daily
spybot s&d
xsoft: picks up stuff sometimes
NAV: doesnt seem to be able to find any viruses despite it being up to date
AGV: picks up a few viruses (trojans) every day

every time i restart and do a scan i seem to have another virus. its sending me crazy :flowers:

i have been told to run hijack this (i have just DL it) and post my results here.

thanks in advance for all help given.

Go thru these steps. You might want to consider to do an online scan at EWIDO and HouseCall
