How can I find out what my IP address is on my computer?

You can go to Start, the Run. Enter cmd in the Run box and press Enter. When the command line window appears type in ipconfig. This will give you your computer's IP address and your Gateway IP address. If you have a router you will receive the router's IP and not the IP address issued by your ISP. You can find your modem's IP address by going to your router's setup page. You should be able to get there by entering into your browser address bar.
