I'm at my grandma's house for the holidays, and I'm trying to get rid of spyware and adware on her computer. I got rid of most of it already, but to get rid of some, I need to restart the computer in safe mode, but when I tried, it wouldn't let me. This computer has Windows XP. Also, Hijackthis won't run right on here. Whenever I try to run it, it has a problem halfway into a scan, and then it just freezes. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me on this. Btw, merry Christmas!
