When I click on the start menu, all the icons, start menu and task bar disappears, and I get a message:"0x7c80180e memory could not be written" . When I shuts down the PC and connects the power cable back to the tower PC automatically starts. What should I do? [size=2]

I would say this is Possibly going to be a either a Hardware issue or a Spyware/Virus problem. Try booting in safe mode and see if the issues are still happening.
