Is that all it says?

It doesn't have an error code or a "more information" button?

It does have a link to view the report before sending. I clicked on the link and it took me to the report that looked about 114 pages long of just every memory space on my computer. That is why I didn't make a copy of it. It would be to long to put on here, and I don't know what I am looking at so it was all gibberish to me. If I knew what I was looking for it might make a difference but it would take a long time. Should I save the report?

You'll find a .dmp or .mdmp file in those details. Use this link to perform an analysis on it: http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35246

Then post the results of the analysis here for us to look at.

Error signature
AppName dlcgtime.exe AppVer0.1.11.5 ModName: dlcguldr.dll
ModVer: 0.1.11.5 Offset: 0000dd3c

First it shows this and then it ask if you want to view the technical information about the error report. That is when it comes up with all the pages that look like every memory address on the computer.

I tried to look for what you stated but all it shows is address, I think.

I assume you are getting past that and getting the computer to boot.

If that is correct, I suggest you wun the following Web based scan using Internet Explorer:

Windows One Care Free Scan

Go to Windows Live Onecare Free Scan (using Windows Explorer only)
It will say "Get a free PC safety scan"
http://safety.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm

Make sure you click "Full Service Scan" in the middle of the page and
not the "Try It Now Free" on the right side.

Allow it to download the Active X components.
Choose "Complete Scan" in the window that opens
Click "Next"
Do not click on anything else that offers you a free trial or to sign up if you live in the US.

Allow it to scan - it may take quite, maybe two hours or so depending on how big your hard drive is and how fragmented your registry and drive are.

let us know how that comes out.

dlcguldr.dll appears to be associated with a USB device. Most likely a Lexmark printer. Do you have one of these?

If so, uninstall the software and reinstall it with the latest version downloaded from the Lexmark website.

I believe that it's the dlcgtime.exe file that's actually experiencing the error - although the dlcguldr.dll may be the cause.
