Error With Hardrive

When I put my new hardrive into my laptop ( Dell Inspiron 600M ) I get the error "NTDLR Missin" "CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart". Any help on what this error means?

Make sure the hard drive is detected in the Bios. There are more reasons. See below link.
