Can I use system Restore for WinXPsp2 from DOS??

I accidentally removed a certain driver, for my monitor or video adapter, from the hardware profile(disabled it). Its now to late to try "last known good configuration" cause I've rebooted many times since than. Every thing boots up and starts fine it is just that i cannot see anything even in safe mode, screen will freeze after list of drivers(?) is displayed. I can see fine in dos mode when i boot from floppy. any help would greatly be appreciated! PLEASE HELP!!! (B4 I re-format HD)

ThanX,

Dubivy

If there is a problem with the video drive it should load the default vga driver. When you press F8 while its booting up, it should bring you to a screen where you can boot with various options. If you have a vga option, choose that and see if you can see the display
