Yes, Microsoft's new Zune digital music player is just plain dreadful. I've spent a week setting this thing up and using it, and the overall experience is about as pleasant as having an airbag deploy in your face.

I found this quote interesting as it applys to Zunes and iPods and how they feel about the people that use them.

"These devices are just repositories for stolen music, and they all know it," said Doug Morris, CEO of Universal Music Group. "

I just cant figure this one out.

Microsoft which has millions of dollars to invest in things like this goes out and throws a mp3 player out without fixing the flaws and they want to take market share from apple and other mp3 players?

On top of that they want you to use even more software and it wont work with Media player.

Come on even I could do better than that.

LOL, it sounds like Uncle Bill, think back to Windows, it came about because of Mac software. How long did it take until XP? The most stable Windows so far. I'm not surprised, it seems like Miicrosoft puts out a lot of crap not ready for prime time.
