If you think that the sickness is being caused by malware, the best place to begin is to post in the "Am I Infected?" forum, and provide as much information as you can about what is happening, when it is happening, and any error messages that show up.
If you think the problem is hardware related, or is limited to an application, then post in the forum you think is most appropriate.
