I Need Some Help

I got a virus and don't know how to delete it.My antivirus programs have failed to find it.
The virus name is taskmngr32.exe i used spyware doctor and zonealarm all i need is a tip what program would find taskmngr32.exe ore instructions how to delete it manualy.
