Transfering Bookmarks From Different Web Browsers

By far, I am a Firefox lover. I have tried out Opera and IE numerous times and they never seem to be able to compete with Mozilla Firefox; however, IE is needed in some cases (where pages don't look right or you need IE to download something). Additionally, I am giving IE 7 some more usage.
As the title somewhat implies, I would like to know if there's a way I can transfer my Firefox (2.0)bookmarks to IE7. Thanks for your help!
