My problems started about a week ago. I don't know what caused it, but that day I didnt "safely remove" a jump drive, uninstalled old McAfee Antivirus software, and tried to fix a #msntb_error# message. Now, I can't save anything in MS Publisher or Excel (the two programs I was using when removing the JD), can't download anything (I get messages saying temp files are inaccessable). Also, when I tried to remove about 200-400 temp files it says I can't. I have no clue, but do you think its a hardware problem? disk error? virus?
