Lately, I've been having this issue whenever I press Alt + TAB, its starts like this

I'm playing a game let's say League of Legends or Rocket League and I have Discord on also, whenever I press Alt + TAB my ping in Discord jumps to 1000+ ms and when I Alt + TAB back to the game it becomes ridiculously lagging 4000ms and more and takes ages to decrease, and I don't know if the issue is occurring because of the AMD Radeon Software Anti Lag and some options I mostly don't know of and I would like some help, thank you.

My PC Specs:

Gigabyte B360M-HD3

Intel® i5-8400 2.80 GHz

AMD Radeon RX 460 (Sapphire) Graphics 2GB Low Profile

16 GB Ram
