I have a Dell Dimension E510, with an ATI Radeon graphics card. Well a few weeks ago I came across the "Infinite Loop" problem, and Dell sent me a new video card. Now whenever I try to go on my computer there's lines and crap all over my screen. I've wiped out the hard drive twice and I'm very annoyed! What do I do? I tried installing the latest drivers but it didn't seem to work. I'm in safe mode right now, any tips?

in safe mode is the best place to go. you need to open Device manager (a few ways to do this, best is to rightclick My computer and go to manage) then scan for new hardware. if it comes up negative, uninstall your card (yes, that's right, remove it from the list. It'll work bare-bones untill you reinstall it) go back onto normal mode, and do a scan for new hardware, windows should then install the correct drivers fo it. and it should be fine
