Explorer Crashing

whenever i go to open any folder the explorer crashes ...

Is this a problem that began recently?

If it is (within the last three weeks) use Windows System Restore to reset your system state to its previous working condition.

Click start/programs/accessories/system tools/system restore

Choose a date from before the problem began.
Follow the instructions on screen.
