Getting Rid Of 2000 Install Remnants

I started to install Win 2000 over 98 because of driver install problem. I solved the problem and kept Windows 98. But each time I reboot, a screen appears asking if I want to continue installing 2000. Can I get rid of this?

Does it give you an option to NOT continue the installation?

Edit the boot.ini file. Located at c:\ . This may help Link.
