I have run Ad ware, Super AntiSpam, A-Squared, SpyBot and have AVG running in the background but nothing picks up the problem I am having. I took this pic with my cell phone so that I could let you see it in hopes of you maybe having seeing it before would know what direction I should take to remedy my problem.
It shows System Shutdown that is being implemented by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM. It also gives the problem on why it is shutting down: C:\WINDOWS\system32\services.exe' terminated unexspectedly with status code 128. The system will now shut down and restart.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I can't figure out how to add the photo.

Now Run Windows OneCare Live
Be sure to click ONLY on the grey box below the picture of a wrench “Full Service Scan”

How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
