I've had some popup problems with outerinfo, so I downloaded and ran adaware.

Every time I try and scan my computer it (my computer) shuts down. I'm assuming that whatever gives me the popup problems is giving me the adaware problems but I don't know what to look for or how to find it.

Try running in Safe Mode
How to start Windows in Safe Mode
You should also do an extra scan
Download AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 Free in normal mode and Then scan in Safe Mode
Print out the AVG Install and Scan Instructions. Here

How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
