Hello,

I see you have Spyware Terminator installed.
If you didn't buy it, I strongly recommend you uninstall it, because it was on the blacklist previously, which means the so called spyware scanners not to install.
It now is delisted from the list, however, this doesn't always mean that the program is trustworthy enough.
In case you decide to uninstall Spyware Terminator, also uninstall the extra option WinClamAVShield, because that has been integrated in the Spyware Terminator.
Also, you already have 2 other antivirus running, so also read my note below concerning your Antivirus programs.

* Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.
Don't use it yet.

* Reboot into Safe Mode`: ( without networking support !)
°To get into the Safe mode as the computer is booting press and hold your "F8 Key". Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press your Enter key.

* Start HijackThis, close all open windows leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following if still present:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {192c5b4a-3efd-40c7-9f99-c472deb8efc0} - C:\Program Files\EliteCodec\isaddon.dll
O3 - Toolbar: Protection Bar - {bf1ced2c-4b3f-4079-a330-864eda5a4cff} - C:\Program Files\EliteCodec\iesplugin.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SpywareTerminator] "C:\Program Files\Spyware Terminator\SpywareTerminatorShield.exe"
<== in case you didn't buy it.
O21 - SSODL: cussers - {ff170564-36c8-43f7-9100-559e166405cf} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\cfltygd.dll

* Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.
Make sure your Internet Explorer is closed when you click Fix Checked!

* Using Windows Explorer, locate the following folder and delete it if still present:

C:\Program Files\Spyware Terminator <== remove this in case you didn't buy it.

* Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #2 - Clean by typing 2 and press "Enter" to delete infected files.

(Warning : running option #2 on a non infected computer will remove your Desktop background and set it blank again. But you can reapply your desktop background again afterwards

You will be prompted : "Registry cleaning - Do you want to clean the registry ?"; answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter" in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.

The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found); answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter".

The tool may need to restart your computer to finish the cleaning process; if it doesn't, please restart it into Normal Windows.
A text file will appear onscreen, with results from the cleaning process; Post that log in your next reply together with a new hijackthislog.
The report can also be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Extra note..
I notice from your log that you are running more than one different Anti-Virus programs with Auto-protect enabled. AVG, Norton and the WinClamAVShield option that is integrated in Spyware Terminator
Rather than giving you extra protection, this can actually give problems because of incompatibility issues, can even cause BSODs and decrease the reliability of it seriously!
Also, it causes a serious system slowdown.

I would strongly advise you to only have one Anti-Virus with the Auto-Protect feature running at any one time!
If you decide to only keep one Anti-Virus installed,
you should uninstall the other(s) through the Add or Remove Programs option in Control Panel.
