Some Websites Appearing As 800x600

I have a ATI X1600 Vid Card
17" Philips LCD Monitor

Sometimes of late when I go to Yahoo it appears as 800x600 resolution when it should be 1280x1024 as per desktop which appears normal..all applications run okay its just some websites do this...

Check your video card drivers and make sure they're updated. Also, check your Refresh rate.
