Hooking Up An External Hd To Mac

How can i hook up a Maxor personal storage 3200 to a mac? When i plug it in it says i cant modify the hard disk. Do i need a special driver or somthing? help apreciated.

Most of us who hangout here don't have a whole bunch of experience with Mac's. In fact, I just yesterday learned how to use an iPod! :thumbsup:
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
