Hey guys...
bit of an emergency
but nice site :inlove:

I'm in the middle of my exams and my stupid computer has got the Virusbursters virus... :flowers: :trumpet:

I've wasted 6 hours already scanning with norton, then downloading installing and scanning with search snd detroy spybot and then ad-aware.

Then I see your great site and think the problem is solved... there is a great topic called "How To Remove Virusbursters (removal Instructions)" that explains how to remove this bloody thing... anyways all going great until Step 10 (link to topic) ... when I opened the cmd file and picked option two to run the cleanup... sort of starts up fine ... but after about 5 seconds it closes, and a notepad file opens up with all this writing. And the cmd returns to the point where you can pick 1/2/3/4/5 options.

After that I panicked and used ctrlaltdelete to restart the comp... I'm too noob in comps to try it again... any known reason as to why this would happen?!?
oh and when I open the cmd file in safe mode NORTON anti virus keeps popping up saying it's bad... wazzup with that

anyways this is horrible situation for me hope u can help

You can always post a HJT log by going to the HJT analysis forum and reading the pinned topic.
Legend has it that... If you put an AOL disc the opposite way and play it you can hear devilish music... Even worse if you put it the right way... IT INSTALLS AOL!
