Browser Shuts Down While Checking Email.. What Is It?

I have Xp mc, and run netscape as my browser and have yahoo set as my homepage, sometimes my browser and all tabs in it will close, but 99% of the time its when im checking my yahoo mail acct .. I cant figure out what it is any help would be great thanks ..

Oh and another thing, every time i boot up and windows loads, IE automatically pops up with this in the address bar http://iesettingsupdate/ , but when it comes up it says cannot find server and when i try to click go or anything to try to figure out what it is it freezes..

I am having the same problem..it all started with Virus Busters invading my pc...any ideas what to do techs...
