Hello Folks!!!-- The 2nd one is THE issue.....

There are just 2 items listed here in the "Web Pages" Section:

1- "My Current Home Page"

2- "http://www.justcomments.com/funnycomments-images/f***er.jpg"
  • What do these item mean/do
  • What should be done...if anything....Hmmmmmm
I have not tried to see when it goes.....Not feeling brave today....lol


I arrived there by:
Ctrl Panel/App & Themes/Display/Desktop Tab/Custom Desktop/Web Tab...In the "Web Pages" section


Running WinXP-Home

I think you are referring to Active Desktop, a feature that has been available since Windows 98, but frankly I don't know anyone who actually uses it. More info on active desktop can be found HERE.

Place a check mark next to "My Current Home Page" and click Ok, and then Ok again. See how your desktop wallpaper can be replaced with Web content.

If you don't want the second entry on your computer you can just delete it.
