Uninstall windupdates

* Click Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs
* Scroll to Wind Updates and click Remove

Next, make sure your PC is configured to show hidden files

Open Windows Explorer & Go to Tools > Folder Options. Click on the View tab and make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" and untick "hide extensions for known file types" . Now click "Apply to all folders"
Click "Apply" then "OK"

Reboot to Safe Mode

Sorry for the delay, I had a little problem with internet access there for a few days. Can you post a fresh log for me please. I don't see winlogin running but I do see the entry in your startups. Lets see if it is gone now.
