Hi dubstyleeca,

Welcome to Bleeping Computer.

Sorry for the delay, the forums are very busy right now and logs get left behind.

One thing I see in your HJT report is a keystroke logger. Here's a web page with a description, but if you don't want to read the whole thing, let me just quote a little from it:

Key Logger : (Keystroke Logger). A program that runs in the background, recording all the keystrokes. Once keystrokes are logged, they are hidden in the machine for later retrieval, or shipped raw to the attacker. The attacker then peruses them carefully in the hopes of either finding passwords, or possibly other useful information that could be used to compromise the system or be used in a social engineering attack. For example, a key logger will reveal the contents of all e-mail composed by the user.

Now my problem is this: I see you have Kaspersky installed on your computer. It's a very good antivirus, and it knows about this keylogger. So I have to ask, did you install the Ardamax keylogger on your system deliberately? If not, then I don't understand why Kaspersky did not put out an alarm when that happened. Or why it does not continue to do so, every time it scans your system.

I have another question for you. I see you have Messenger Plus! installed. This program is innocent in itself, but it comes with a "Sponsor Program" that is anything but -- it's known in the Malware Eradication community as Lop.com. I don't see any signs of Lop in your HijackThis log, but I would like you to check. Click Start, Run, then double click Add/Remove Programs and see whether you can find the Sponsor Program listed there. If so, please uninstall it. Or, if you remember installing Messenger Plus and declining to install the sponsor program, just let me know that.

I need your answers before I can work out a procedure to diagnose and clean your machine. I would also like to see a fresh HijackThis log. Reboot your computer, then run a fresh scan. Please post your answers and the log back to this thread.

Dave
