What's Up With The Little Red Box With An X Inside?

I'm looking for help in turning the little box with the x inside it into the image it should be. Please can anyone help? This happens on some web pages using the IE 7 browser.

First, clear out your temporary internet files. This in itself may resolve the problem. If that does not help, then read this MS KB article about the problem:
