if someone please could help me! i would be really greatfull.

2: since a few days i get this pop up screen (about every 30 minutes) it's called connesione and is asking me to connect to the internet by phone line.

So i went to my processes and found this win92.tmp.exe (every time something else like win93.tmp.exe of 91 or ....
so i ended this process and searched for it in windows at C:\windows\temp and C:\windows\prefetch and deleted the ones which i thought where the errors i also deleted the exe .
i still get this pop up and there's always a new exe and some files. i'm the opposite of a computer expert.

i really want out of this mess and maybe fix some other problems on my pc. If someone please would like to help me. thx
('m from belgium so sorry about the spelling)

Have your tried doing your scans in "SAFE MODE"? If not, do that first.

Then download and scan with SUPERAntiSypware Free for Home Users
  • Double-click SUPERAntiSypware.exe to install and use the default settings for installation.
  • Run SUPERAntiSypware and update the definitions before scanning by selecting "Check for Udates".
  • When done, select "Scan for Harmful Software".
  • There are three scanning options. Choose "Perform Complete Scan" and click "Next".
  • When done, a Scan Summary will appear with potentially harmful items that were detected. Click "OK".
  • Make sure they all have a checkmark next to them and click "Next".
  • A notification will appear that "Quarantine and Removal is Complete". Click "OK" and then click the "Finish" button to return to the main menu.
  • Select close to exit the program.
  • Note: If you encounter any problems while downloading the updates, manually download and unzip them from here.
If your running Win XP/2000, I recommend you also do this:

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune & save it to your desktop. DO NOT use yet.
Please download, install and update AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5. DO NOT perform a scan yet..
Print out the AVG Anti-Spyware Install-Scan Instructions.

Reboot your computer in SAFE MODE" using the F8 method. To do this, restart your computer and after hearing your computer beep once during startup [but before the Windows icon appears] press the F8 key repeatedly. A menu will appear with several options. Use the arrow keys to navigate and select the option to run Windows in "Safe Mode".

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
  • Under Main "Select Files to Delete" choose: Select All.
  • Click the Empty Selected button.
  • If you use Firefox browser click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
  • Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
  • If you use Opera browser click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
  • Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.
  • Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
Then scan with AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 per the "Safe Mode" instructions you printed out and reboot normally.
