I have a dell which I bought about a year ago. In the last week or so, I have noticed that I click and click and click and sometimes it will respond but most of the time I have to click 50x and then it responds. This clicking could be to open a browser, open a new spreadsheet, open the start menu, etc. Basically it is like the computer is not repsonding to my clicks....THEN all of a sudden it will work perfectly fine....then a few minutes later it will sometimes to repsond to my click, sometimes not then it will be super unresponsive. I have McAfee and the service is up to date. I have run the virus scan like a million times in the last 2 weeks and it has found nothing. WHAT DO I DO? I am so tired of the clicking....Thanks for any help.

The slow response could mean you need to clean and/or defragment. Windows live one care will do this and scan for viruses and spyware. Just click on the link below and run the scans for free. Let it fix what it finds.

The two programs below are excellent for finding viruses and spyware. It is best to run the first link (AVG7.5) in safe mode.
