ali again i read everything and am lost i thought my mcafee would take care of everything all this stuff i have to do well lets just say i stuck on printing instruction i need loads of printing paper because the stuff i want to print is down the page. Don't use it much got windows xp home edtion don't i have abutton to press to fix all this what know stuck?

I'm not sure exactly what your problem is here. Can you provide more specific information? Are you trying to say that you get a "System Error" message when using your printer? If so, then please provide the complete error message, any codes, etc.
