This process will take a couple of posts. So be patient.

I want you to fix some of those entries. Please do the following:

Please make sure that you can view all hidden files. Instructions on how to do this can be found here:

How to see hidden files in Windows

Please put a checkmark in the box for each of these entries, close all other windows, and click the fix button:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = about:blank
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = about:blank
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = about:blank

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Osmh] C:\Documents and Settings\Jerry\Application Data\otrm.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [WTSC] C:\WINDOWS\System32\wapisvcc.exe

Reboot your computer into Safe Mode.

Then delete these files or directories
C:\WINDOWS\System32\ydrnh.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\wserv32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\ydrnh.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\Jerry\Application Data\otrm.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\wapisvcc.exe

Disable System Restore. You can find instructions on how to enable and reenable system restore here:

or

Renable system restore with instructions from tutorial above

Reboot your computer to go back to normal mode and post a new log.

Fix these with hijackthis:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Microsoft Update] wserv32.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [HaRRo2.exe] c:\command.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Microsoft Update] wserv32.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Microsoft Update] wserv32.exe

Reboot into safe mode and delete the following:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\wserv32.exe
c:\command.exe

Reboot and post a new log.

THen you must download and install an antivirus software. I do not see one installed/running on your machine. If you do have one installed, then it should be running otherwise you will become infected and not know it. You can download avg anti-virus for free

I want you to fix some of those entries. Please do the following:

Please make sure that you can view all hidden files. Instructions on how to do this can be found here:

How to see hidden files in Windows

Run Hijackthis again, click scan, and Put a checkmark next to each of these. Then click the Fix button

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {000020DD-C72E-4113-AF77-DD56626C6C42} - C:\WINDOWS\twaintec.dll
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {9C691A33-7DDA-4C2F-BE4C-C176083F35CF} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\bridge.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [RunDLL] rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\System32\bridge.dll",Load
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [cjfckxvirt] C:\WINDOWS\System32\hubhumiv.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [Microsoft Update] wserv32.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Microsoft Update] wserv32.exe

Reboot your computer into Safe Mode and delete the following files:

Then delete these
C:\WINDOWS\System32\bridge.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\hubhumiv.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\wserv32.exe

Disable System Restore. You can find instructions on how to enable and reenable system restore here:

Managing Windows Millenium System Restore
or

Windows XP System Restore Guide

Renable system restore with instructions from tutorial above

Reboot your computer to go back to normal mode and post a new log.

As for the prefetch, it does not hurt to remove the files in there.
