Those are nice pix of some excellent weaponry.

I'm wondering if you've ever seen the "Gebogene lauf" (curved barrel) or "Krummer Lauf" (bent barrel) rifles. They are also out of Mauser. Primarily for covering dead area around a tank. See LINK

And the modern version of this the Military Cornershot, which is quite effective.
