Pesttrap And Malwarewipe Infecting Computer...please Help And Soooon!

I used smitfraudfix to "search" and this is what I got. I'm not all that computer savvy so I need basic steps please.

Are following the instructions in either of these self-help guides?
How to remove PestTrap.
How to remove Malware the Wipe.

You need to go back and continue with the instructions to run option #2.
