In Adobe, Is it possible to add Ctrl F searchable text boxes to PDF's?

I can edit the text but the problem I have is that these are very detailed technical drawrings and altering the text has counter effects on the possition of the rest of the text which inturn causes important detals to move out of line.

Can anybody help me?
Many thanks in advance

How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
