Does this occur in your browser - if so, what browser are you using?

Have you recently had problems with viruses or spyware? If so, this may have caused this error (some removal tools don't completely fix the problem).

So, try this free, online scan to see if it can fix the problem: http://safety.live.com/

Then, assuming that:
1) You use Internet Explorer
2) You have SP2 (or have access to it)
3) The online scan above didn't fix it.
4) That it only occurs in Internet Explorer

I'd recommend a repair of IE. To do this, uninstall SP2, reboot, then reinstall SP2. Then visit Windows Update for the 50+ fixes that you'll need to get.

Let us know how this works out for you.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
