Hello. I have Webroot SpySweeper, and the other day, it reported after a scheduled scan that I had this piece of malware on my system. What seemed rather odd was that it found it in the VSMON.EXE file of my ZoneAlarm anti-virus program. After some research, I found a few other people who recieved the same report, but in unusual ways. (For example, one person wrote that it was found on his PC in a completely different area.) I'm curious if there are any other SpySweeper users out there who have "found" this on their computers. I'm beginning to wonder if it is some kind of a false positive; perhaps a glitch in the latest update. I never did see the unwanted results that this malware is supposed to exhibit on the victim PC. Thank you to all who take the time to reply.

When was your last update? Mine was 10/26/06.... protected against 154,696 threats in the database. I scanned yesterday and nothing was found.

This could be a false/positive report.
