w00t! If I wait long enough, maybe they'll give them away for free! (Just kidding!).

It's a constant battle between price and technological sophistication - and one that keeps me pulling my hair out!

Having finally settled on a 6400 Core 2 Duo - I find that I have to wait to until the nForce 680i SLI is released in November. And by then, the CPU prices will have decreased even more!
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

I have the Knack. **  If I haven't replied in 48 hours, please send me a message. My eye problems have recently increased and I'm having difficult reading posts. (23 Nov 2017)FYI - I am completely blind in the right eye and ~30% blind in the left eye.<p>If the eye problems get worse suddenly, I may not be able to respond. If that's the case and help is needed, please PM a staff member for assistance.

I did a quick look at Newegg and they beat those prices on every processor that I compared.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

I posted a few price charts last summer when there were those big 50% price-cuts, but there has been more price-cuts since then and they are not up to date anymore. Seems like AMD is scratching a few buck of the price every week.

No, instead I should complain about the price hike in DDR2 memory the last few months.
